My co-workers tell me that this is normal headed into Spring Break AND right now all I can think of is the Dunning-Kruger Effect. As described in Forbes, the Dunning-Kruger Effect is an observed psychological phenomenon whereby the more one knows about a topic or task, the less confident one feels about one's performance until one is dwelling in a pit of existential despair with no hope of every gaining competency. Or, as my co-workers assure me, it could be fourth quarter and I am in need of a break.
